Insight: Wide receiver Cooper Kupp knows his way around a football field, but he’s just getting his wings on his new team in Seattle. Especially when it comes to winning over fans.

Big Idea: Rookie, Jaxon-Smith Njigba, flips the script and mentors the veteran Kupp, putting him in an intensive Flight School to learn the basics of earning fans more miles with Delta 12Status.
